摘要
目的探讨妇幼保健档案建设方法及对高龄孕产妇孕期保健的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年11月82例于本院分娩的高龄孕产妇为研究对象,根据不同的管理方案分为对照组和研究组各41例,研究组产妇实施妇幼保健档案建设,对照组实施常规管理,比较两组的综合管理效果。结果研究组对保健服务管理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);围产期并发症发生率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);产后恢复效果研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);新生儿Apgar评分研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对高龄孕产妇介入妇幼保健档案建设管理,有助于减少产后并发症,促进其更快恢复,保证母婴安全,进而提升其对保健服务管理的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the method for filing maternal and child health care archives and the influence on elderly pregnant women.Methods A total of 82 elderly pregnant and lying-in women who delivered in our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(n=41) and the study group(n=41) according to different management schemes.The research group carried out the filing of maternal and child health care archives in the process of management,while The control group received routine management.The comprehensive management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction rate with health care service management in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of perinatal complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum recovery effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The filing and management of maternal and child health care archives for elderly pregnant and lying-in women is helpful to reduce postpartum complications,promote their faster recovery,ensure maternal and child safety,and then improve their satisfaction with health care service management,which is worthy of promotion.
