摘要
目的探究儿童支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体(MP)感染外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、半胱氨酰白三烯(CYSLTS)、纤维凝胶蛋白-3(Ficolin-3)水平。方法选取2019年1月-2020年3月济南市第二妇幼保健院收治的支气管哮喘患儿152例,所有患儿在入院当天进行支原体检查,随后按照是否合并MP感染分为支气管组(89例)和支气管+MP组(63例)。对比两组患儿免疫功能[T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+))]、肺功能[肺活量(VC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、峰值流速(PEF)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEG)]、炎症因子[TNF-α、IL-4、IL-5]水平;对比两组患儿MCP-1、CYSLTS、Ficolin-3水平及与MP感染的相关性。结果与支气管组相比,支气管+MP组患儿VC、FEV1、FVC、PEF、MMEG水平较低(P<0.05);支气管+MP组患儿CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-5、MCP-1、CYSLTS、Ficolin-3水平高于支气管组患儿(P<0.05);MCP-1、CYSLTS、Ficolin-3水平与MP感染呈正相关。结论对支气管哮喘患儿进行检测发现,MCP-1、CYSLTS、Ficolin-3水平异常上升,且以上三种因子与MP感染有着一定的相关性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1), cysteinyl leukotriene(CYSLTS) and fibrin gel protein-3(Ficolin-3) in peripheral blood of bronchial asthma children complicated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. METHODS A total of 152 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Jan 2019 to Mar 2020 were enrolled in the study, all the children received the test of Mycoplasma on the day of admission and were divided into the bronchial group with 89 cases and the bronchial+ MP group with 63 cases according to the status of complication with MP infection. The levels of immune function indexes [T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+))], pulmonary function [vital capacity(VC), forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC), peak expiratory flow(PEF), maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEG)] and inflammatory factors [TNF-α, IL-4, IL-5] were observed and compared between the two groups of children. The association between the levels of MCP-1, CYSLTS and Ficolin-3 and the MP infection was compared between the two groups of children. RESULTS The levels of VC, FEV1, FVC, PEF and MMEG of the bronchial +MP group were significantly lower than those of the bronchial group(P<0.05). The levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+), TNF-α, IL-4, IL-5, MCP-1, CYSLTS and Ficolin-3 of the bronchial +MP group were significantly higher than those of the bronchial group(P<0.05). The levels of MCP-1, CYSLTS and Ficolin-3 are positively correlated with the MP infection. CONCLUSION The children with bronchial asthma show abnormal rise of levels of MCP-1, CYSLTS and Ficolin-3, and there is certain association between the three indexes and the MP infection.
