运用监控软件进行医院感染现患率调查的探索

摘要 【目的】了解某医院住院患者医院感染状况及抗菌药物的使用情况,检验《医院感染实时监控系统》在住院患者医院感染现患率调查方面的应用效果,为医院感染预防与控制提供依据。【方法】运用《医院感染实时监控系统》在院内网医生工作站调取相关数据,采用横断面调查的方法,调查分析了该医院所有住院患者的医院感染相关指标和影响因素。【结果】医院住院患者568例,院感发生人数12人。院内感染发生率2.1%。其中下呼吸道感染占42.1%,泌尿道感染占21.1%。共分离出病原菌10株,其中大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌居前4位。调查当日抗菌药物使用率为17.60%,治疗性用药患者病原学标本送检率为40.9%。【结论】该医院住院患者医院感染现患率整体较低,但尚需加强高危科室、高危人群的医院感染管理。通过抽查核实,《医院感染实时监控系统》在现患率调查方面数据可靠,能节约大量人力资源。 【Objective】To understand the basic situation of nosocomial infection in the hospital,to check the usage of real time nosocomial infection monitoring systerm for hospital,to provide the basis for improving monitoring measures.【Methods】Adopting cross sectional survey method,using real time nosocomial infection monitoring systerm for hospital,we investigated the nosocomial infection related factors in the hospital.【Results】Totally 568 cases were checked,occupying 100%of all the 568 cases,12 cases were nosocomial infection infection with the prevalence rate of 2.1%.Lower respiratory infections ranked first,accounted for 42.1%of all the infections,followed by urinary tract infection,accounted for 21.1%.The bacterial culture detection rate of whole hospital antibiotic treatment was 40.9%,10 strains of pathogens causing nosocomial infection were detected,in which Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bauman Acinetobacter sp and Staphylococcus epidermidis ranked top 4.The daily using rate of antibiotics was 28.17%.etiology Sample submission rate for Therapeutic drug was 40.9%.【Conclusion】The hospital prevalence survey show that comprehensive nosocomial infection rate was not very high,but we should still enhance the management of nosocomial infection in some key departments and high risk group.Real time nosocomial infection monitoring systerm for millitery hospital was reliable in hospital prevalence survey and can save huge human resources in data survey and ananysis.
