摘要
随着经济发展进入新常态,国家将“双循环”战略作为我国经济发展的突破口,马产业供给侧结构性改革是推动我国马产业转型升级、提升供给效率的重要推手,也是时代发展的必然要求。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,研究我国马产业供给侧结构性改革的现实意义和实施路径,对我国马产业的发展具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。供给侧结构性改革的实质是调节产品供给与市场需求之间不平衡的矛盾,充分发挥市场在资源配置中的作用。研究表明,目前我国马产业存在马术运动产品、马术服务、运动及教学马匹供给不足等情况,无法满足人民群众对马术运动日益增长的高质量马术消费需求。马产业供给侧结构性改革要坚持市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,充分发挥人才要素的创造性,走科技创新之路,积极培育国内马产业消费市场,扩大有效供给,丰富马产品,培育新的经济增长点,满足人民群众对美好生活的向往。
With the economic development entering the new normal,China has taken the"double cycle"strategy as a breakthrough for our economic development.The supply side structural reform of the horse industry is an important promoter of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the horse industry in China and improving the efficiency of supply,and it is also the inevitable requirement of the development of the times.This paper studies the practical significance and implementation path of supply side structural reform of China's equine industry by using the methods of literature and logical analysis,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for the development of China's equine industry.The essence of supply side structural reform is to adjust the imbalance between product supply and market demand,and to give full play to the role of the market in resource allocation.Studies have shown that the current horse industry in our country has insufficient supplies of equestrian sports products,equestrian services,sports and teaching horses,etc.,which cannot meet the people's growing high-quality equestrian consumption demand for equestrian sports.The supply side structural reform of the horse industry must adhere to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources,making full use of the creativity of talent elements,taking the road of scientific and technological innovation,actively cultivating the domestic horse industry consumer market,expanding effective supply,enriching our country's horse products,and fostering new points of economic growth,thus satisfying people's yearning for a better life.
