摘要
目前,过量库存已经成为了服装企业难以避免的问题。伴随着我国服装市场上的企业竞争日益加剧,在我国市场上活跃的各大国际快时尚服装企业均试图提升自身供应链水平、优化企业库存状况。本文以销售额在我国市场上排名第一的国际快时尚企业——优衣库作为研究对象,从经营状况及库存管理模式出发,基于ABC分类法以及EOQ模型,分析该企业的库存优化路径,并基于原材料、在产品、产成品三个角度提出采用延迟策略并加强与供应商的信息共享、可运用JIT精益生产方式、需建立高速的物流系统的企业库存优化策略,以期为我国服装企业优化库存状况提供一定的参考。
At present,excessive inventory has become an unavoidable burden for apparel enterprises. The increasingly fierce competition on Chinese market is compelling major international fast fashion enterprises to improve their supply chain and optimize their inventory. This paper takes Uniqlo,which ranks the first in sales in China’s clothing market,as the research object. Its operating conditions and inventory management mode are firstly studied. Then,its inventory optimization path is analyzed based on ABC classification and EOQ model. Finally, from the perspectives of raw materials,in-process products and finished products,inventory optimization strategies are proposed such as implementing postponement,sharing information with suppliers,adopting lean production system and establishing high-speed logistics system. It is hoped that this paper can provide a certain reference for Chinese apparel enterprises.
