摘要
目的了解南宁市AED配置现状和市民对AED认知情况以及相关人员对公共场所配置AED的态度和看法。方法采取方便抽样调查方法,问卷调查SPSS软件分析。结果实证调查发现南宁市配置AED数量太少;问卷调查发现仅有28.35%听说且了解过AED;能答对AED使用情况、使用者、操作方法、心率分析时应采取的措施和电极片粘贴位置的人数占总调查人数的比例分别为62.89%、36.60%、27.32%、22.42%和32.22%;72.17%市民愿意使用AED救助患者。结论南宁市市民对AED使用认知度较低、公共场所AED配置水平低,政府重视程度不够,相关政策法规尚未完善。相应措施要积极推广普及AED相关知识,提高市民对AED急救知识和技能的认知度。此外,要以政府为主导,鼓励社会力量参与到AED配置计划中来,提高AED配置水平,构建完善的心脏骤停急救体系。
Objective To understand the current situation of AED allocation in Nanning City,the residents'cogni‐tion of AED,and the attitude and views of relevant personnel on the allocation of AED in public places.Methods Use convenient sampling survey method,questionnaire survey and SPSS software analysis.Results The empirical investigation found that the number of AED in Nanning is too small;the questionnaire survey found that only 28.35%had heard of and understood AED;the number of people who can correctly answer the use of AED,users,operation methods,measures to be taken during heart rate analysis and the sticking position of electrode sheet ac‐counts for%of the total number of people surveyed.Conclusions Nanning residents'awareness of the use of AED is low,the level of AED allocation in public places is low,the government does not pay enough attention,and the relevant policies and regulations are not perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to actively promote the popularization of AED related knowledge and improve the residents'awareness of AED first aid knowledge and skills.
