摘要
高校科研团队作为学术共同体,对提升学校影响,提高学者学术水平,增进学生的科研兴趣均有较大作用.我国的高校科研团队发展迅速,取得了较大发展和较高水平的成果.但在经费投入、管理制度、团队构成和沟通机制上存在不足.需要根据实际情况加大投入,制定合理目标、优化团队结构,增加凝聚力、科学地进行考核,提高积极性、开展多样活动,营造融洽环境和团队文化.
As an academic community,the university research team plays a great role in improving the influence of the university,improving the academic level of scholars and enhancing students'interest in scientific research.The scientific research teams in colleges and universities in China are developing rapidly and have achieved great development and high level achievements.However,there are some deficiencies in fund investment,management system,team composition and communication mechanism.It is necessary to increase investment according to the actual situation,set reasonable goals,optimize team structure,increase cohesion,conduct scientific assessment,improve enthusiasm,carry out various activities,and create harmonious environment and team culture.
