摘要
桥梁大体积混凝土承台具有体积大、钢筋密集的特点,在浇筑时会因水泥水化热产生较大的热应力而引起混凝土开裂的现象,从而影响承台的使用寿命和施工质量。本文以某连续梁桥墩承台为研究对象,运用Midas/Civil有限元软件建立实体模型,对大体积混凝土承台进行水化热分析,根据承台施工过程中温度和应力变化规律,确定水冷管布置形式,从而为混凝土配合比的修改及养护方案的制定提供依据。
The mass concrete bearing platform of bridge has the characteristics of large volume and dense reinforcement.During pouring,it will cause concrete cracking due to large thermal stress caused by cement hydration heat,which will affect the service life and construction quality of the bearing platform.This paper took a continuous beam pier bearing platform as the research object,established a solid model by using MIDAS/civil finite element software,analyzed the hydration heat of mass concrete bearing platform,and determined the layout form of water cooling pipe according to the variation law of temperature and stress during the construction of bearing platform,so as to provide a basis for the modification of concrete mix proportion and the formulation of maintenance scheme.
