摘要
针对凉水井煤矿开采原煤煤质变化较大,原煤分级筛无法满足现有煤质要求,且筛分效率偏低,导致块煤、末煤洗选系统入洗量不平衡,造成选煤厂整体处理能力降低,影响矿井生产的问题,提出将原有香蕉筛改造为上层筛面为普通固定筛板,下层筛面为弛张筛筛板的双层筛的技术方案,并对改造方案进行了研究论证。实践效果表明:凉水井煤矿选煤厂改造后原煤分级筛筛分效率显著提高,保障块煤分选精度的同时,有效减轻煤泥水系统负担,保障选煤厂综合处理能力及矿井正常生产。
As the coal quality of raw coal fluctuates sharply in Liangshuijing Coal Mine, the raw coal sizing screen cannot meet the coal quality requirements, and the screening efficiency is low, resulting in imbalanced feeding amount of lump coal and fine coal preparation system, thus the overall coal preparation capacity declines and affects mine production in turn. The original banana screen is transformed into a double-layer screen with an ordinary fixed screen plate on the upper screen surface and a flip-flow screen plate on the lower screen surface. The transformation scheme is studied and demonstrated. The application results show that the screening efficiency of raw coal has been significantly improved after the transformation, while ensuring the screening accuracy of lump coal, thus the workload on the slime water system is reduced and the processing capacity of the coal preparation plant and the normal production of the mine are guaranteed.
