摘要
习总书记在西藏和平解放70周年之际视察时明确强调要坚定不移走绿色发展之路。文章在构建西藏旅游经济绿色发展评价指标体系基础上,通过AHM法与变异系数法相结合对西藏旅游经济绿色水平实现科学客观评价,并借助VAR模型通过Eviews12.0软件对其影响因素进行验证性分析。研究结果表明西藏旅游经济绿色发展总体态势较好,2000-2019年综合评价指数从2000年0.0492上升至2019年0.8687。公路里程、国内专利申请数、城乡居民人均可支配收入差额是西藏旅游经济绿色发展的影响因素,并且国内专利申请数的贡献程度最大。因此未来发展过程中要重视加强科技创新、完善交通基础设施建设、缩小城乡居民可支配收入差距,以充分发挥技术、交通、城乡区域协调发展对提升西藏旅游经济绿色发展水平的促进作用,从而实现美丽西藏建设目标。
On the occasion ofthe 70th anniversaryof the Tibet's peaceful liberation,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the green development of Tibetwhen he inspected Tibet.Based on the construction of the evaluation index system forthe tourism economy's green development of Tibet,a scientific and objective evaluation of the tourism economy's green development of Tibethas been done by applying both AHM Method and Variation Coefficient Method.At the same time,this research constructs a VAR model and makes confirmatory analysis on the influencing factors of green development level with the help of Eviews 12.0 software.The results show that the overall trend of the tourism economy's green development in Tibet is good,and the comprehensive evaluation index increased from 0.0492 in 2000 to 0.8687 in 2019.Highway mileage,the number of domestic patent applications and the difference in per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents are the influencing factors of the tourism economy's green development in Tibet,and the number of domestic patent applications contributes the most.Therefore,we should strive to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,improve the construction of transportation infrastructure and narrow the gap between urban and rural residents'disposable income in future.It can give full play to the role of technology,transportation and urbanization in promoting the green development level of Tibet's tourism economy,meanwhile it can also achieve the goal of building a beautiful Tibet.
