选矿流程考察中各粒级产率准确性的验算方法

摘要 针对选厂考察过程中选矿产品粒级产率出现偏差,难以确定样品数据准确性等问题,提供了一种简便且实用的验算方法,可通过产品各粒级产率的分布关系,从而确定样品数据的准确性及其对应的产率,为选矿技术人员用于查找工艺考察数据误差来源,判断日常工艺流程考察中数据的准确性提供了依据。 In this paper,a simple and practical checking method is provided to solve the problem of the particle size yield rate deviation of mineral processing products and of the accuracy determining of the sample data in the process of mineral processing plant investigation.The accuracy of the sample data and its corresponding yield ratecan be determined by the distribution of the each particle size yield rate,which can be used by the mineral processing technicians to find the error source of process investigation data,it provides a basis for judging the accuracy of data in daily process investigation.
