摘要
CO_(2)驱油是国际上应用较为广泛的三次采油技术之一,也是提高低渗透油藏采收率的重要技术手段。在低渗透油层中注入液态CO_(2)驱替原油时,会导致集输系统出现严重的腐蚀。通过对某CO_(2)驱集输系统管材进行失效分析,并结合腐蚀模拟实验结果,研究了CO_(2)驱集输系统的腐蚀特性,明确了集输系统钢材腐蚀失效的主控因素。进一步通过选材分析发现,Cr9Mo材质与Cr13不锈钢在CO_(2)驱集输系统环境下均表现出了良好的耐蚀性能,此研究可为CO_(2)驱集输系统的腐蚀控制提供借鉴。
CO_(2)-enhanced oil recovery is one of the most widely used tertiary oil recovery technologies in the world,and is also an important technical means to improve the recovery of low-permeability reservoirs.When liquid CO_(2) is injected into a low-permeability reservoir to displace crude oil,it will cause serious corrosion in the gathering and transportation system.In this paper,the failure section of a CO_(2) flooding gathering and transportation system pipeline is analyzed,and then combined with the results of corrosion simulation experiments,the corrosion characteristics of CO_(2) flooding gathering and transportation system are studied,the main controlling factors are clarified.Further analysis of the material selection found that the Cr9Mo material and Cr13 stainless steel showed better corrosion resistance.This study can provide a reference for the corrosion control of the CO_(2) flooding gathering and transportation systems.
