摘要
目的分析和探讨形成性评价在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法以2017年9月—2019年9月为时间基准,在本院外科住院医师当中,随机收集66名作为本次研究的对象和主体,将其按照"动态随机分组法",分为对照组和观察组,每组33名医师。前者采用传统培训模式,后者采用形成性评价培训模式,对比两组医师的学习效果,包括理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、辅助检查及影像学判读评分、病史采集+重点查体+诊断评分、病历书写+病例分析评分、基本技能操作评分以及人文关怀、职业素养评分。结果观察组医师的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩均高于对照组,观察组医师的辅助检查及影像学判读评分、病史采集+重点查体+诊断评分、病历书写+病例分析评分、基本技能操作评分以及人文关怀、职业素养评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果显著,不仅能够提升医师的理论考核成绩,还能够提升医师的技能考核成绩,值得在临床进行实施。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of formative evaluation in standardized training of surgical residents. Methods From September 2017 to September 2019, 66 surgical residents in our hospital were randomly collected as the object and subject of this study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the "dynamic random grouping method",with 33 doctors in each group. The former adopts the traditional training mode, and the latter adopts the formative evaluation training mode to compare the learning effects of the two groups of doctors, including theoretical assessment results, skill assessment results, auxiliary examination and imaging interpretation scores, history collection + key physical examination + diagnosis scores, medical record writing + case analysis scores, basic skill operation scores,humanistic care and professional quality scores. Results The observation group’s doctors’ theoretical evaluation scores and skill evaluation scores were higher than those of the control group. The observation group doctors’ auxiliary examination and imaging interpretation scores, medical history collection + key physical examination + diagnostic scores, medical record writing + case analysis scores, and basic skills Operational scores, humanistic care and professionalism scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Formative evaluation has a significant effect in the standardized training of surgical residents. It can not only improve the doctor’s theoretical assessment results, but also improve the doctor’s skill assessment results. It is worthy of clinical implementation.
