摘要
目的复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者通过双钢板法进行治疗,对患者的临床治疗效果进行研究分析。方法本院在2018年6月—2019年12月,这一期间内,一共收治了60例复杂性胫骨平台患者,其中五型有29例,六型有31例,以随机数字法作为分组依据,分别分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),两组采用不同方法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率以及手术指标和膝关节功能评分,从而对双钢板法治疗效果进行评价。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P <0.05),观察组患者的手术时间为(147.26±13.60)min,出血量为(304.70±23.90)mL,愈合时间为(14.20±1.80)周,膝关节功能评分为(93.26±6.49)分,对照组患者的膝关节功能评分为(81.26±4.18)分,手术时间为(147.45±15.20)min,出血量为(317.60±24.90)mL,愈合时间为(14.70±2.10)周,除了手术时间以及愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),出血量、膝关节功能评分与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过双钢板法对复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者进行治疗,治疗效果明显。
Objective Patients with complex tibial plateau fractures are treated by double-plate method, and the clinical treatment effects of the patients are studied and analyzed. Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,a total of 60 patients with complex tibial plateau were admitted to this hospital, of which 29 cases were type 5 and 31 cases were type 6. Except for the comparison of operation time and healing time(P>0.05), the blood loss and knee joint function score were compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures through the double-plate method has obvious therapeutic effects.
