摘要
陕西高校坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,将思想政治教育工作置于学校改革发展的全局进行谋划,聚焦“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题,积极探索构建“三全育人”长效机制,打通思想政治教育最后一公里。陕西高校思想政治教育工作取得了突出成就,但普遍存在师资数量不足、教师能力参差不齐、课程思政与思政课程步调不一致、教学资源不均衡、学科领域壁垒和隔阂等问题。以探索提升高校思想政治教育质量为目的,采用调查研究方法,深入多个高校开展调研,在此基础上形成了针对性、科学性对策,即高校思想政治教育工作要在“固根基、扬优势、补短板、强弱项”中不断推进,在“五新”上发力,在“五个融入”上施策,在内涵式提升和外延式拓展上同步推进。
Shaanxi universities adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as instruction,placing the ideological education work with the overall planning of school reform and development,focusing on the fundamental problem,that is,“who to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom”,actively exploring the establishment of a long-term mechanism of“all-staff whole-process and all-round education”,and breaking through the last mile of ideological and political education.Outstanding achievements with regards to the ideological and political education have been achieved among colleges and universities in Shaanxi province,but many problems still remain to be solved,such as insufficient number of teachers,unevenness of teachers’abilities,inconsistency between ideological and political curriculum,imbalance of teaching resource distribution,barriers and estrangement existing in discipline fields.For the purpose of improving the quality of ideological and political education,pertinent and scientific countermeasures have been formed by way of investigations and researches at many colleges and universities.The countermeasures mean that college ideological education work should be pushed forward in the course of“consolidating the foundation,promoting the advantages,making up the weaknesses and strengthening the weak points”,make efforts on“five innovationss”,implement policies on“five integrations”,and promote both connotative upgrading and extensional expansion.
