摘要
以核电站用某型高转速辅助给水泵转子为研究对象,为验证地震工况下转子动力学是否满足设计要求,对转子进行数值模拟分析,主要包括转子的各阶临界转速及振型图;转子不平衡质量引起的受力载荷;地震工况下的叶轮运行位移量与激励频率关系曲线等。模拟计算结果表明,该高转速泵临界转速满足设计要求,以第一弯曲临界转速为例,第一阶弯曲临界转速(21 200 r/min)大于额定转速的1.25倍(10 000 r/min);临界扭转频率(231 Hz)满足设计要求(大于1.1倍的激励频率(146.6 Hz));在最恶劣的地震工况下转子的最大运行偏移量(0.021 3 mm)小于设计要求的转子系统最小配合间隙(0.31 mm),转子谐响应满足设计要求,即转子动力学满足设计要求。
By taking the rotor of a high-speed auxiliary feed pump used in nuclear power plant as the research object,in order to verify whether the rotor dynamics can meet the design requirements under the earthquake condition,the numerical simulation analysis of the rotor was conducted,which mainly includes the critical speed and mode diagram of each order of the rotor;the force load caused by the unbalanced mass of the rotor,the relationship curve between the operating displacement and the excitation frequency of the impeller under the earthquake condition,etc.The simulation results show that the critical speed of the high-speed pump meets the design requirements;take the first bending critical speed as an example,the first order bending critical speed(21 200 r/min) is greater than 1.25 times of the rated speed(10 000 r/min);the critical torsional frequency(231 Hz) meets the design requirements(greater than 1.1 times the excitation frequency(146.6 Hz));under the worst earthquake condition,the maximum operation deviation(0.021 3 mm) of the rotor is less than the minimum fit clearance(0.31 mm) of the rotor system required by the design,and the rotor harmonic response meets the design requirements,that is,the rotor dynamics meets the design requirements.
