摘要
工程水泥基材料以高延性、高韧性和细密裂缝为特征,具有轻质、能量吸收能力强的特点,在建筑结构中已有较好的应用。文中以进一步降低水泥基材料的密度、提高材料的强度为目的,以空心玻璃微珠、水泥及PVA纤维为主要原料,配制可漂浮水泥基材料。材料力学性能试验表明,与传统轻质材料相比,该材料具有较高的抗压强度,并具有明显的应变硬化效应,热工性能也较普通混凝土优异,应用到结构中不仅可以降低结构自重,又可以提升建筑的保温性能,具有良好的应用前景。
Engineered Cementitious Composites(ECC) is characterized by high ductility,high toughness,and fine cracks,which has been already used in structures possess light-weight and high energy absorption.Aiming at density decrease and strength increase of ECC,floatable cementitious composites was mixed by the micro-sphere,the cement,and the PVA fiber,and the mechanical and thermal properties were tested.The results show that floatable cementitious composites has high compressive strength and obvious strain hardening effect,compared to traditional lightweight materials.Moreover,the weight of structures can be reduced,as well as,the thermal insulation performance can be increased by using floatable cementitious composites.
