板式无砟轨道热胀上拱性能研究

摘要 为探究工程中CRTSII型板式无砟轨道上拱病害,基于Abaqus有限元模拟软件建立两端简支两端自由的有限元上拱模型,并结合功的互等法,分析各因素下轨道结构上拱性能。结果表明轨道板整体升温和温度梯度的增加对轨道板上拱影响较大;钢轨的耦合作用能明显的限制轨道板上拱趋势和最大高度;轨道板脱空长度对轨道板上拱最大高度作用明显;轨道板上拱位移呈正弦曲线趋势。 To investigate the defects of the CRTSII slab track in the project,a finite element model of the upper arch with simple support at both ends is established by the Abaqus finite element simulation software.Combined with the reciprocal method of work,the upper arch of the track structure under various factors is analyzed.The result shows that the overall heating of the track slab and the increase in temperature gradient have a greater impact on the arch of the track slab.The coupling effect of the rails can obviously limit the arching trend and the maximum height of the track slab.The void length of the track slab has an obvious effect on the maximum height of the arch on the track slab.The arch displacement on the track slab shows a sinusoidal trend.
