切削用量对车削42CrMoA钢表面粗糙度及切屑的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Cutting Parameter on Surface Roughness and Chip in Turning 42CrMoA Steel

摘要 采用硬质合金涂层刀具,利用正交实验法进行了车削42CrMoA钢试验,得到了切削用量(切削速度、进给量、切削深度)改变对表面粗糙度及切屑的影响规律,提供了车削42CrMoA钢精加工阶段的参考切削用量。结果表明:进给量对表面粗糙度的影响最大,切削深度和切削速度对表面粗糙度的影响相对较小,切削深度对切屑长度的变化影响最大,切削速度对切屑长度的变化影响最小;车削42CrMoA钢精加工阶段合适的切削用量为f=0.1~0.15 mm/r、ap=0.31~0.38 mm、v=100~110 m/min。 The experiment of turning 42 CrMoA steel with coated cemented carbide cutting tools was carvied out by orthogonal experimental method. The influence regularity of surface roughness and chip was obtained when cutting parameters(cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth) were changed. The reference cutting parameters of turning 42 CrMoA steel in finishing stage were provided. The results show that feed rate has a largest effect on surface roughness, while the effect of cutting depth and cutting speed is less. The effect of cutting depth on chip length is the most apparent, while the effect of cutting speed is the least. The suitable cutting parameters for turning 42 CrMoA steel in finishing stage are f= 0.1~0.15 mm/r,ap=0.31~0.38 mm,v=100~110 m/min.
