摘要
我国体育职业化、产业化发展已经历了几十年的探索式前行,虽然取得了一定的成就,但至今人们还难以看到纯粹意义的职业体育形式。篮球作为我国最普及的运动项目成为最早进行职业化改革的尝试,但是在国家队/省队与职业队双轨制的管理体制下,职业篮球无论从竞技水平、商业运作水平和对大众篮球的影响力方面都不尽如人意。对于篮球产业以及篮球公益事业来说,解决好篮球职业化与大众化之间的平衡发展是未来重点关注的问题。
China sports professionalization and industrialization have experienced decades of exploratory advancement.Although certain achievements have been made,it is still difficult for people to see purely professional sports forms.Basketball,as the most popular sport in China,has become the first professional reform attempt.However,under the dual track management system of national team/provincial team and professional team,professional basketball is not satisfactory in terms of competitive level,commercial operation level and influence on mass basketball.For the basketball industry and basketball public welfare undertakings,solving the balanced development between basketball professionalization and popularization is a key concern in the future.
