摘要
文章首先简要地介绍了TOD开发模式的概念和核心理念,并以深圳市大学城园区所实施的一处TOD项目为例,分析其在改善区域交通条件、丰富地块功能用途及建筑物内部空间属性等方面所采取的应用方式。
Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the concept and core idea of TOD development mode. Then, taking a TOD project implemented in Shenzhen University City Park as an example, it analyzes its application methods in improving regional traffic conditions, enriching the functional uses of land parcels and building interior space attributes.
