摘要
目的探讨2013-2018年抚州市网报恶性肿瘤病例的流行病学特点。方法提取抚州市疾病预防及控制中心6年收集的恶性肿瘤病例的资料,分析6年间网报恶性肿瘤新发病例的部位、地区、年龄、性别分布的特点。结果6年来抚州市医疗机构共计网报了19个部位的恶行肿瘤,其中胃恶性肿瘤、肺恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤是数量上排前3位,无性别差异;这些肿瘤呈现逐年增多趋势,增长最快的是胃恶性肿瘤、增长最慢的是白血病;在抚州12个区县中,临川区、东乡区、南丰县累计上报数量排前3位;发生恶性肿瘤的人群中,60岁以上人群占比57.78%,是发生恶性肿瘤概率最大的年龄段。结论抚州市恶性肿瘤新发病例的疾病构成分析,为肿瘤防治工作提供了大数据依据,根据二八定律,胃恶性肿瘤、肺恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤、直肠恶性肿瘤、结肠恶性肿瘤、乳腺恶性肿瘤、宫颈恶性肿瘤等前7位是我市须重点防治的恶性肿瘤,且45岁以上男性为恶性肿瘤预防的重点。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of malignant tumor cases reported in Fuzhou City from 2013 to 2018.Methods The data of malignant tumor cases were extracted,and the site,region,age and sex distribution of new malignant tumor cases in 6 years were analyzed.Results Fuzhou medical institutions reported the malignant tumors of 19 sites,among which gastric malignant tumors,lung malignant tumors and liver malignancies were the top 3 in the number,and there was no gender difference;These tumors showed an increasing trend year by year,the fastest growth was gastric malignancy,the slowest growth was leukemia;Among the 12 districts and counties in Fuzhou,the total number of Linchuan District,Dongxiang District and Nanfeng County ranked the top 3;The people over 60 years old with malignant tumors accounted for 57.78%,had the greatest probability of malignant tumors.Conclusion Analysis of malignant tumor diseases provide large data basis for tumor prevention and treatment,gastric malignant tumor,lung tumor,liver tumor,malignant tumor,malignant tumor,colon rectum breast malignant tumor,cervical malignant tumor should be paid special attention in prevention and treatment of malignant tumors,and men over 45 should be paid special attention in malignant tumor prevention.
