Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nurs ing in infant red buttocks. Methods A total of 80 children with red buttocks admitted to Children's Hospital of Soochow University from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random lottery method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group took routine skin care, and the observation group took evidence-based nursing intervention based on the control group. The disappearance time of red buttocks, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the total effective rate of nursing care for children in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of red buttocks in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation gro up was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidencebased nursing used in infant red buttocks care has significant nursing effect, which can improve nursing satisfaction and shorten the disappearance time of red buttocks, and is worthy o f clinical promotion and application.
