摘要
师范教育是建设高质量教师队伍的基石,学习投入和学业成就是影响师范教育的主要因素。以A师范大学物理师范生为例,通过问卷调查探究了学生性别、年级、师范生类别以及报考该专业原因4个层面对学生学习投入的影响,并在此基础上深度讨论了学生学习投入与学业成就的关系。结果表明,物理学师范生学习投入与学业成就的总体特征较好,学生对学习的投入度越高,学业成就越大,二者存在显著相关。其中认知投入对学业成就的影响最大,情感投入也是影响学生学业成就的重要因素。最后从学生自身、课堂管理和制度完善3个方面为师范教育提出了参考建议。
Teacher education is the cornerstone of building a high-quality teacher team.Learning engagement and academic achievement are the main influence factors affecting teacher education.Taking a physics teacher student in a university as an example,through a questionnaire survey,the four levels and the impact of the student's gender,grade,teacher's category and the reason for applying for the major on the student's learning input were explored,and on this basis,the relationship between students'learning input and academic achievement was discussed.The results show that the overall characteristics of physics teacher students'learning investment and academic achievement are better.The higher the students'investment in learning,the greater the academic achievement,and there is a significant correlation between the two.Among them,cognitive input has the greatest impact on academic achievement,and emotional input is also an important factor affecting students'academic achievement.Finally,this article puts forward suggestions for teacher education from three aspects:students themselves,classroom management and system improvement.
