摘要
干式空心电抗器运行时长期处于振动状态,其振动特性可以反映电抗器运行状态。匝间短路是导致干式空心电抗器损坏的主要故障,目前缺少有效的故障监测手段。为进一步研究电抗器匝间短路故障时振动特性变化,利用激光多普勒测振系统,结合仿真对正常运行及匝间短路故障下的干式空心电抗器振动分布进行研究。结果表明:正常运行的干式空心电抗器电动力呈现挤压电抗器的趋势,其包封端部振动速度大于包封中部;匝间短路发生时,受短路电流及短路匝附近畸变磁场的影响,短路匝上电动力也会急剧增大,导致短路匝附近的振动速度增加。研究工作全面地揭示了电抗器匝间短路故障下振动特性变化,对研究基于振动特性的电抗器状态监测方法提供了参考。
Dry-type air-core reactor is in a state of vibration for a long time during operation and its vibration characteristics can reflect the operation state of the reactor. Interturn short circuit is the main fault that leads to the damage of dry-type air-core reactor and there is presently lack of effective fault monitoring means. In order to study further the vibration characteristics of reactor in the fault of interturn short circuit,the vibration distribution of dry-type air-core reactor under normal operation and interturn short circuit fault is studied by using laser Doppler vibration measurement system and also in combination with simulation. The results show that the electrodynamic force of the dry-type air-core reactor in normal operation shows the trend of squeezing reactor,and the vibration speed at the end of its encapsulation is higher than that in the middle of the encapsulation. In case of interturn short circuit,the electrodynamic force on the short circuit turn will also increase rapidly due to the short circuit current and distortion electromagnetic field near the short circuit turn,leading to the increase of vibration speed near the short circuit turn. The study work comprehensively reveals the vibration characteristics variation of reactor under interturn short circuit fault and provides a reference for the study of reactor condition monitoring method based on vibration characteristics.
