摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿对卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月本院收治的卵巢囊肿患者96例,依据不同治疗方法将其分为两组。对照组采用开腹手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、卵巢功能指标[孕酮(P)、促黄体激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)]、临床指标、免疫功能、满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组P、E_(2)均低于对照组,LH、FSH均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿效果较好,值得应用。
Objective:To investigate the influence of laparoscopic and open surgery on ovarian function in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Method:A total of 96 cases of ovarian cyst were selected from March 2018 to March 2020,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effect,ovarian function indexes[progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],clinical indexes,immune function and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);3 months after surgery,P and E_(2) in the study group were lower than those in the control group,LH and FSH in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the amount of bleeding in the group was lower than that in the control group,operation time,exhaust time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);3 months after surgery,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD8^(+) in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cyst is effective,and it is worth applying.
