摘要
目的:探讨小柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗支气管哮喘对患者肺功能及复发率的影响。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月本院收治的128例支气管哮喘患者进行研究,将其随机分为对照组(n=64)和研究组(n=64)。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,研究组采用小柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗。观察分析两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、复发情况、肺功能、中医证候评分及血清炎症因子情况。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FEV;及PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医症候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-8及IL-13水平均低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与西医治疗相比,应用小柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗支气管哮喘患者效果明显,不良反应少,复发率低,可有效改善其肺功能,减轻临床症状,降低炎症因子,具有较好的安全性,提升其预后质量,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on lung function and recurrence rate of patients with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 128 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=64)and study group(n=64).The control group was treated with Budesonide and Formoterol Powder inhalation,while the study group was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence,lung function,TCM syndrome score and serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,FEV;and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-8 and IL-13 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of IFN-γwas higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with western medicine treatment,the application of Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of bronchial asthma has obvious effect,less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,which can effectively improve its lung function,reduce clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors,has better safety,and improves its prognosis quality,which is worthy of promotion.
