摘要
目的观察旋覆代赭汤加味联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月江西省吉安市中心人民医院收治的胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)患者128例,随机分为联合治疗组和奥美拉唑组,每组64例,经过8周治疗后评价效果。结果联合治疗组总有效率为98.43%(63/64),高于奥美拉唑治疗组治愈率为78.12%(50/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤加味联合奥美拉唑治疗GERD效果良好,值得临床试用并推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 128 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)were enrolled in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Ji’an Central People’s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.They were randomly divided combined group and omeprazole group,with 64 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 98.43%(63/64),which was higher than the cure rate of the omeprazole group(78.12%,50/64),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combined with omeprazole has a good effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which is worthy of clinical trial and promotion.
