摘要
在TFT-LCD工厂中,全厂用电中约40%为厂务动力设备用电[1],而在动力设备用电中,制冷系统所用电量占其主要部分,根据浙江某大型面板厂项目的冷热负荷分布、项目所在地的峰谷电价情况,设计了一套水蓄冷系统,同时针对项目中设备的夏季、冬季、过渡季计日逐时负荷不同,提出了不同的运行策略,可有效的节省电力能源,提高经济收益。通过不同季节不同运行策略下的经济性分析,得出该项目水蓄冷系统的静态投资回收期约为3.9年。
In TFT-LCD factory,about 40%of the power used in the whole factory is for factory power equipment[1],and the power used by refrigeration system accounts for the main part of the power equipment.According to the distribution of cold and heat load of a large panel factory project in Zhejiang and the peak and valley electricity price of the project location,a set of water storage system is designed,and different operation is put forward according to the different hourly loads of equipment in the project in summer,winter and transition season Through economic analysis in different seasons and different operation strategies,the static investment payback period of the water storage system of this project is about 3.9 years。
