摘要
心肌梗死后心室重塑严重危害患者的长期健康。来源于骨髓的循环纤维细胞在心肌纤维化的发生和发展过程起重要作用,其能够分泌细胞外基质参与纤维化,并对损伤组织进行修复。然而,过度的纤维化又将导致心肌梗死后心力衰竭或心律失常,严重损害患者的预后。因此,心肌梗死后如何抑制或改善患者心室重构的严重程度及改善患者长期预后成为冠心病目前临床研究的热点。同时,如何调节循环纤维细胞在心肌梗死后心室重塑的促进作用,成为延缓心肌梗死后心室重塑研究重点。在本文中对近年来循环纤维细胞与心室重塑相关性的研究进展进行综述。
Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction seriously endangers the long-term health of patients.Circulating fibroblasts derived from bone marrow play an important role in the occurrence and development of myocardial fibrosis,which can secrete extracellular matrix to participate in fibrosis and repair damaged tissues.However,excessive fibrosis will lead to heart failure or arrhythmia after myocardial infarction,which will seriously affect the prognosis of patients.Therefore,how to inhibit or im prove the severity of ventricular rem odeling and improve the long-term prognosis of patients after myocardial infarction has become a hot spot in clinical research of coronary heart disease.At the same time,how to regulate the role of circulating fibroblasts in promoting ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction has become the research focus of delaying ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.In this paper,the research progress of the correlation between circulating fibroblasts and ventricular remodeling in recent years is reviewed.
