摘要
本研究的目的旨在通过比较不同品种牧草在龙陵县种植的产量及饲用价值,筛选优良牧草品种,帮助当地养殖业提质增效。选取9个牧草品种进行种植试验,测定各牧草产量及营养指标。结果表明,臂形草(杂交)的鲜草产量(110.51t/hm^(2))、干草产量(26.58t/hm^(2))、粗蛋白产量(3006kg/hm^(2))和增重净能(13022Mcal/hm^(2))均为最高,其次是非洲狗尾草和狼尾草(多年生)。苜蓿(游客)和臂形草(杂交)的干物质(DM)含量显著高于其他牧草(P<0.05);拉巴豆(润高)和拉巴豆(高值)的粗脂肪(EE)含量显著高于其他牧草(P<0.05);拉巴豆(高值)、苜蓿(赛迪)、拉巴豆(润高)、苜蓿(游客)和宽叶雀稗之间的粗蛋白(CP)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于其他牧草(P<0.05);宽叶雀稗的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)显著高于其他牧草(P<0.05);臂形草、宽叶雀稗、狼尾草(多年生)和非洲狗尾草之间的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于其他牧草(P<0.05)。各品种的维持净能2倍维持(NEm_(2X))和增重净能2倍维持(NEg_(2X))分别为:NEm_(2X)在1.04~1.33Mcal/kg之间;NEg_(2X)在0.49~0.76Mcal/kg之间。结果发现,适宜在龙陵县种植的牧草是臂形草(杂交),其次是狼尾草(多年生)和非洲狗尾草。
By comparing the yield and feed value of different varieties of forage grass planted in Longling County,good varieties of grass will be selected for improvement of the quality and efficiency of local farming.Nine forage grass species were chosen in planting experiments to determine the yield and nutritional indicators of each forage.The results showed that Brachiaria(hybrid)had the highest fresh grass yield(110.51t/hm^(2)),hay yield(26.58t/hm^(2)),crude protein yield(3006kg/hm^(2))and net weight gain(13022Mcal/hm^(2)),followed by African Setaria and Pennisetum(perennial).The dry matter(DM)contents of Alfalfa(tourist)and Brachiaria(hybrid)were significantly higher than other pastures(P<0.05);the crude fat(EE)contents of Laba bean(Rungao)and Laba bean(high value)were significantly higher than other pastures(P<0.05);the crude protein(CP)contents of Labato(high value),Alfalfa(Sidi),Labato(Rungao),Alfalfa(tourist)and Paspalum vulgaris had no difference(P>0.05)but were significantly higher than other pastures(P<0.05);the content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)of Paspalum with broadleaf was significantly higher than that of other pastures(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in acid detergent fiber(ADF)contents between barnyard grass,pennisetum(perennial)and African foxtail grass(P>0.05),but these contents was significantly higher compared to other pastures(P<0.05).The net energy maintenance 2 times maintenance(NEm_(2X))and net weight gain maintenance 2 times(NEg_(2X))of each variety were as follow respectively:NEm ranging from 1.04 to 1.33 Mcal/kg;NEg ranging from 0.49 to 0.76 Mcal/kg.The results showed that Brachiaria(hybrid)would be the best variety to be recommended for Longling County,followed by Pennisetum(perennial)and Setaria serrata.
