摘要
本文介绍了中国重型院新开发的大径宽比高精铜带卷粗中轧机组上应用的带卷防倾翻运卷装置、高刚性大小卷筒卷取机、自适应在线纠偏对中、铜带表面质量检查等多项新技术和新工艺,在生产安全性、设备耐用性、产品成材率、产品节能效益等方面均有大幅提升。在国家“碳达峰”和“碳中和”战略背景下,本机组为国内铜带加工企业节材节能和降低排放,提供了可靠的生产设备和有效的解决途径。
This paper introduces a number of new technologies and processes,such as anti-overturning device for coils,coiler with high rigidity large and small reels,adaptive online correction,strip surface quality inspection,etc.,which has been developed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute,applied in the rough and medium rolling mill for high precision copper strip coil with oversize diameter-to-width ratio.The newly developed rolling mill has been substantially improved in terms of production safety,equipment durability,product yield and product energy-saving benefits.Under the background of national“peak carbon dioxide emissions”and“carbon neutrality”strategies,this unit provides reliable production equipment and effective solutions for domestic copper strip processing enterprises to save materials,save energy and reduce carbon emissions.
