摘要
联轴器的传统寿命试验中,对产品施加正常工况下的载荷来获得产品的退化信息,将会花费大量时间,浪费人力和物力成本。基于步降应力加速退化试验方法,通过对D25L30绕线联轴器扭矩滞后的性能退化数据的收集及分析,基于Weibull寿命分布和逆幂率加速寿命模型,采用逆距估计进行参数估计,对实际工况下的联轴器使用寿命进行评估。通过与恒应力试验结果进行对比,发现两种方法下得到的寿命值基本相等,但前者大大缩短了试验周期。通过加速退化试验得到的绕线联轴器的可靠性寿命模型,能够实现对其真实寿命的有效预测。
During the traditional life test of the coupling,it will take a lot of time and waste manpower and material resources to obtain the degradation information of products by applying normal load to the products.Therefore,based on step-down stress accelerated degradation test method,through the collection and analysis of performance degradation data of D25L30 wound coupling torque lag,based on Weibull life distribution and inverse power law accelerated life model,the inverse distance estimation is used to estimate the parameters,and the actual service life of the coupling is evaluated.Compared with the results of constant stress test,it is found that the life values obtained by the two methods are basically the same,but the former greatly shortens the test period.The reliability life model of winding coupling obtained by accelerated degradation test can effectively predict its real life.
