基于ABAQUS对汽车低速吸能盒的研究

摘要 吸能盒作为汽车被动安全的重要装备之一,设计出具有良好吸能性能的吸能盒对于汽车安全研究有着重要意义。运用ABAQUS软件对圆形、正方形两种不同截面的吸能盒进行模型建立以及低速碰撞仿真分析,并对正方形截面的吸能盒进行厚度上的正、负梯度设计建模,进行低速碰撞仿真模拟分析。结果表明,正方形截面吸能盒比圆形截面吸能盒性能更为优异,而且对其进行正梯度设计的吸能盒性能优于负梯度设计以及未进行梯度设计的吸能盒性能。 As one of the important equipment for passive safety of automobiles,the design of energy absorption box with good energy absorption performance is of great significance for automobile safety research.ABAQUA software was used to model and simulate the low-speed collision of two energy-absorbing boxes with different sections of circle and square.Besides,positive and negative gradient design modeling was carried out on the thickness of the energy-absorbing boxes with square sections to simulate and analyze the low-speed collision.The results show that the square-section energy absorption box has better performance than that of circular section,and the positive gradient design box has better performance than the negative gradient design box and the non-gradient design box.
