摘要
为研究车前和平车前在铅污染土壤修复中的应用潜力,采用不同Pb^(2+)浓度(200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg、800 mg/kg)土壤胁迫车前和平车前幼苗,90 d后分别测定车前和平车前的生长情况、地上部分和地下部分的含铅量、富集系数和转移系数.结果表明车前和平车前植株在本试验范围内铅胁迫下没有明显的生长不良状况.车前的株高、鲜重和干重在土壤铅浓度为200 mg/kg时达到最高,平车前在Pb^(2+)浓度600 mg/kg时,株高和根长达到最高,随土壤含铅量的增加平车前干重总体呈上升趋势.车前和平车前对重金属Pb^(2+)的积累随土壤含铅量的增加而增加,在土壤铅浓度为800 mg/kg时,车前和平车前整株含铅量达到最高值,车前和平车前的富集系数和转移系数随土壤铅浓度的增加总体呈下降趋势.因此,车前和平车前在铅污染土壤上有一定的抗性和应用潜力.
In order to investigate the potential of Plantago asiatica L.and Plantago depressa Willd.in remediation of lead-contaminated soil,effects of different concentrations of Pb^(2+)(200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg、800 mg/kg)on the biomass,enrichment factor and transfer factor of Plantago asiatica L.and Plantago depressa Willd.are investigated.Results indicate that the growth of Plantago asiatica L.and Plantago depressa Willd.show no obvious adverse growth under lead stress in this experiment.When the soil Pb^(2+)concentration is 200 mg/kg,the plant height,fresh mass and dry mass of the Plantago asiatica L.have the highest value.When the soil Pb^(2+)concentration is 600 mg/kg,the plant height and root length of the Plantago depressa Willd.have the highest value.With the increase of soil lead,dry mass of Plantago depressa rises.As a whole,the accumulation of heavy metal Pb^(2+)in Plantago asiatica L.and Plantago depressa Willd.rises with the increase of soil lead content.When the soil lead concentration is 800 mg/kg,the lead content of the Plantago asiatica L.and Plantago depressa Willd.reaches the highest value,and the enrichment factor and transfer factor show a general trend of decline with the increase of soil lead concentration.Plantago asiatica L.and Plantago depressa Willd.could be valuable for the phytoremediation of Pb contaminated soils.
