摘要
海河流域外调水依赖程度高,为科学有序实施水资源调度,有效助力新阶段海河流域水利高质量发展,总结了海河流域跨流域区域水资源调度基本情况,分析了水资源调度基本特征及存在的主要问题,提出了水资源调度的思路与举措。
The dependence degree of water diversion of the Haihe River Basin is high.In order to scientifically and orderly implement water resources dispatching and effectively enhance the high-quality development of water conservancy in the Haihe River Basin in the new stage,this paper summarizes the basic situation of the inter-basin dispatching of regional wa⁃ter resources in the Haihe River Basin,analyzes the basic characteristic and main problems of water resources dispatching and puts forward the ideas and measures.
