摘要
薪资管理是企业运作的基础,生产岗位的薪资管理更是与员工生产力直接挂钩,是制造企业管理体系的重要一环。合理的薪资管理体系不仅能提高员工的作业积极性,更能起到生产调节的作用。旨在探析生产岗位薪资管理的重要性和作用,明确岗位薪资管理条例设立的原则,以及研究如何规划能达到预期的管理目标。因此学习了某家具制造企业的薪资管理制度,并对制度实施效果实地调研。总结了操作岗位薪资管理的基本状况以及原则等。发现了家具企业质量管理相关的薪资制度不完善等问题。结合专业理论和行业学者的研究成果,提出了优化薪资管理工具,优化薪资管理制度及结构等相关建议。以期为企业合理利用薪资手段,有效管理企业生产作业提供参考。
Salary management is the foundation of business operations. Salary management for produc-tion posts is directly linked to employee productivity and is an important part of the management system of manufacturing enterprises. A reasonable salary management system can not only increase the enthusi-asm of employees,but also play an important role in production adjustment. It aims to analyze the impor-tance and of salary management in production positions,clarify the principles of the establishment of sala-ry management regulations,and study how to achieve the expected management goals. Therefore,I learned the salary management system of a furniture manufacturing company and conducted field investi-gations on the effect of the system implementation. After summarizing the basic conditions and principles of salary management for operating positions. I found that the salary system related to the quality manage-ment of furniture enterprises is not perfect. Combining professional theories and the research results of scholars in the industry,it puts forward relevant suggestions on optimizing salary management tools,opti-mizing salary management system and structure. It is expected to provide a reference for enterprises to ra-tionally use salary methods and effectively manage their production operations.
