摘要 以某电厂2号600 MW超临界机组锅炉引风机出口至脱硫余热低温二段换热器之间的烟道为研究对象,通过数值模拟研究不同烟道优化改造方案。优化改造方案主要采用圆烟道设计,A侧引风机出口方烟道经过风机侧柱间支撑连入一侧脱硫低温二段换热器进口水平段烟道,B侧引风机出口方烟道通过方圆节连入圆烟道,然后圆烟道在地面上经过2个45°弯头和方圆节连入另一侧脱硫低温二段换热器进口水平段方烟道。烟道优化改造后,满负荷阻力下降约448.5 Pa,按机组年运行6 000 h,年均负荷400 MW计算,烟道优化改造后年节电约184万kW·h,厂用电率约下降0.077%。上网电价按0.385元/(kW·h)计,每年可节省运行费用约71万元,工程投资315万元,投资回收年限为4.5 a。锅炉经济性得到提高,为同类型机组改造提供参考依据。 The flue gas between the outlet of the boiler induced draft fan of the No.2600 MW supercritical unit of a power plant and the low-temperature two-stage heat exchanger of the desulfurization waste heat is used as the research object,and the optimization and modification scheme of different flue is studied by numerical simulation.The optimization and transformation scheme mainly adopts a circular flue design,the flue of the outlet side of the A-side induced draft fan is supported and connected with one side of the flue gas inlet horizontal section of the desulfurization low-temperature two-stage heat exchanger through a fan-side column,the flue of the outlet side of the B-side induced draft fan is connected with a circular flue through a square-round section.And then the round flue is connected to the other side of the desulfurization and low-temperature two-stage heat exchanger inlet horizontal section flue at the ground through two 45-degree bends and a square-round section.After the optimization and transformation of the flue,the full load resistance decreases by about 448.5 Pa.according to the annual operation of the unit for 6000 hours,the annual load 400 MW is calculated.The annual power saving is about 1.84 million kW*h and the power consumption rate of the plant is about 0.077 percentage points after the optimization and transformation of the flue.According to 0.385 yuan/(kW*h),the operating cost can be saved about 710000 yuan per year,the project investment is 3.15 million yuan,and the investment recovery life is 4.5 years.The boiler economy has been improved,which provides a reference for the transformation of the same type of unit.
