摘要 在阐述车流径路调整发展历程及问题的基础上,分析新时代铁路货运车流径路优化调整的需求。围绕增运增收、扩能提效、降本提质、综合平衡4项车流径路优化调整原则,提出迂回线路回归最短路以促进货运成本降低、发挥新增线路能力优势以缓解点线运输压力,改造线路条件以保障货物运输供给,优化能力紧张枢纽能力以促进通道能力提升的方案,从吸引货源增运增收、缩短运距降低成本、打通枢纽区段堵点、连通路网历史断路等方面评估车流径路优化效果,明确车流径路优化调整对运输组织提效、社会物流降本、铁路企业增收具有积极影响。 On the basis of elaborating the development process and problems of the adjustment of the train flow route,the demand for the optimization and adjustment of the train flow route of the railway freight transport in the new era was analyzed.Focusing on the four principles of optimization and adjustment of traffic routes,including increasing transportation and revenue,expanding energy and efficiency,reducing costs and improving quality,and comprehensively balancing,it is proposed that detour routes return to the shortest path to promote freight cost reduction,and leverage the advantages of new routes to relieve the pressure on point-to-line transportation.The plan to modify the route conditions to ensure the supply of cargo transportation,optimize the capacity of the tight hub capacity to promote the improvement of the channel capacity;evaluate the optimization effect of the traffic flow path from the aspects of attracting cargo sources to increase transportation and income,shortening the transportation distance and reducing costs,opening up the blockage of the hub section,and connecting the historical disconnection of the road network.It is clear that the optimization and adjustment of the traffic flow path has a positive impact on the efficiency of the transportation organization,the cost reduction of social logistics,and the increase of the income of railway enterprises.
