摘要
目的探究瑞芬太尼联合七氟醚麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年2月于本院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组应用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察组应用七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,比较两组麻醉恢复时间、并发症情况及各时间点平均动脉压、心率。结果观察组意识恢复时间、定向力恢复时间、清醒时间和拔管时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.8%,低于对照组的26.4%(P<0.05)。T2、T3、T4、T5时,两组MAP水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2、T3、T5时,两组HR水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼联合七氟醚麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果显著,可缩短患者麻醉恢复时间,且术中生命体征平稳,不良反应较少,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 68 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from May 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol and remifentanil,while the observation group was anesthetized with sevoflurane and remifentanil.The recovery time,complications,average arterial pressure and heart rate at each time point were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of consciousness,recovery time of orientation,awake time and extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 5.8%,which was lower than 26.4% in the control group(P<0.05).At T2,T3,T4 and T5,the difference in MAP levels between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);at T2,T3 and T5,the difference in HR levels between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil combined with sevoflurane anesthesia has significant effect in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which can shorten the recovery time of anesthesia,stable intraoperative vital signs and fewer adverse reactions.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
