专业认证理念下“一流课堂”质量评价体系探索与实践 被引量:1

Exploring the Quality Evaluation System of “First-rate Class” in the Concept of Professional Accreditation and the Practice

摘要 近年来,教育部提出要淘汰"水课"、打造"金课",对"一流课堂"质量评价提出了新要求。传统课堂质量评价过于注重"以教评教",没有充分体现"以学生为中心",存在诸如评价过程主观性、评价目的功利性、评价行为随意性等问题,不能很好契合"两性一度"特征,出现了评价机制异化、评价结果失真等现象,没能真正实现"以评促教"。本成果基于专业认证理念,以学生为中心,以产出为导向,以持续改进为目的,重构课堂质量评价指标体系并付诸实践。结果表明:该课堂质量评价体系的评价重心转向了学生的学习体验和学习收获,从而引导教师创新课堂教学,以促进学生自主学习,激发学生高阶思维和解决复杂问题的能力;同时通过对教师教学和学生学习的诊断、帮扶和持续改进,实现教学相长。 In recent years, the Ministry of Education has set forth new requirements for"first-rate class", to weed out lowquality class and forging quality class. The evaluation system of traditional class overemphasized"teachers’ evaluation", without giving full play to the function of"student-centeredness", leading to such problems as subjectivity of evaluation process,the utilitarian nature of evaluation aim, and randomness of evaluation behavior. Meanwhile, the evaluation mechanism is alienated, the evaluation results are distorted, and the "to promoting teaching by evaluation" cannot be truly realized. The main point of this paper is to introduce the OBE teaching concept of professional certification, analyzing the internal relationship between the concept of professional certification and the characteristics of"first-rate class", taking students as the center, output as the guidance, continuous improvement as the purpose, reconstructing the classroom quality evaluation index system. The empirical study shows that the quality evaluation system of"first-rate class"based on professional accreditation focuses on students’ learning experience and learning gains, so as to guide teachers to innovate classroom teaching, promote their autonomous learning, stimulate their thinking and ability to solve complex problems and, at the same time, promote the mutual benefit of teaching and learning through the diagnosis, assistance and continuous improvement of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.
