摘要
河流污染底泥治理近年来备受重视,沉积物微生物燃料电池(SMFC)作为一种新型原位底泥修复技术广受关注。为推进SMFC装置的现场底泥去污应用,在深圳市新涌河河口进行了底泥修复实验。以蜂巢格室结构热压碳网作为阳极,石墨毡为阴极,构建了一个大尺度SMFC装置。对装置覆盖区域底泥的污染物变化情况进行了研究,并分析了阳极附近微生物群落结构的变化。运行3个月后,实验区域底泥的总有机碳、全氮质量浓度分别比不做处理低18.5%、22.5%,阳极附近微生物群落多样性得到了提升,群落结构也发生了变化。实验结果表明,装置对底泥中的污染物具有一定的降解作用,为SMFC产电去污的现场应用提供了参考。
In recent years,the treatment of polluted sediment in rivers has attracted much attention.Sediment microbial fuel cell(SMFC)has been widely concerned as a new in-situ sediment remediation technology.In order to promote the application of SMFC in the field of sediment decontamination,a large-scale SMFC device was successfully constructed at the estuary of Xinyong River in Shenzhen to conduct sediment remediation.The device included an anode with a honeycomb cell structure pressed with carbon powder and a cathode of graphite felt.The change of the pollutants content in the sediment in the area covered by the device was studied,and the change of the microbial community structure near the anode before and after the experiment was analyzed.After three months,the concentrations of total organic carbon and total nitrogen in the experimental area were 18.5%and 22.5%lower than those in the unexperimental area,respectively.The diversity of microbial community near the anode was improved and the community structure also changed.The experimental results showed that the device had degradation effect on pollutants in sediment,which provided a reference for the field application of SMFC in power generation and decontamination.
