摘要
目的探索蓝墨云班课移动学习平台在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间护理管理中的应用效果。方法2020年1月20日至2021年1月20日,选取茂名市人民医院在职临床护理人员1200名为研究对象,其中护士年龄为(31.2±1.2)岁,本科学历护士535名(44.5%),大专627名(52.2%)。参照国家新型冠状病毒肺炎防控部署要求,结合茂名市人民医院护理移动教学的现状,创新应用蓝墨云班课移动学习平台进行疫情防控期间护理管理,通过平台实现疫情防控知识资源共享,保证全员覆盖;利用平台的数据统计与分析功能,及时洞悉疫情防控知识学习情况;同时管理者实现实时科室动向管理,如常进行会议传达、业务学习及不良事件讨论等日常管理工作,减少疫情防控期间不必要的人员聚集。结果在疫情防控期间,全院应用蓝墨云班课移动学习平台进行疫情防控知识培训及考核,人员参与率及考核通过率≥95%;临床科室通过云班课创建班课共63次,发布资源2642次,开展活动481次;2019年上半年(蓝墨云班课助力前)护理不良事件出现127例,2020上半年(蓝墨云班课助力后)护理不良事件出现90例。结论在疫情防控期间利用蓝墨云班课移动学习平台进行护理管理,可有效保障防控知识培训落实到位,确保护理工作质量,保障护理安全,为新型冠状病毒疫情的防控做出积极的贡献。
Objective To explore the effect applying the mobile learning platform Mosoink Teaching in nursing management during the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods From January 20,2020 to January 20,2021,1200 clinical nurses working at Maoming People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.They were(31.2±1.2)years old.Among which,535(44.5%)had bachelor degree,and 627(52.2%)college degree.According to the national requirements of COVID-19 prevention and control and the current situation of nursing mobile teaching in Maoming People's Hospital,the mobile learning platform Mosoink Teaching was used to manage nursing during the epidemic prevention and control period;through the platform,the prevention and control knowledge was shared to every nurse;the knowledge study situation was commanded through the platform's function of statistical data analysis;the managers could manage the departments in real time,such as having a meeting,professional study,adverse event discussion,etc.so as to reduce gathering during the prevention and control period.Results During the epidemic prevention and control period,the whole hospital applied Mosoink Teaching for train and examination on the epidemic prevention and control knowledge,and the participation rate and qualified rate both were≥95%.The clinical departments had created 63 classes through Mosoink Teaching,released knowledge resources 2642 times,and held 481 activities.During the first half year of 2019(before applying Mosoink Teaching),127 adverse nursing events occurred,and during the first half year of 2020(after applying Mosoink Teaching),90 occurred.Conclusion Applying the mobile learning platform Mosoink Teaching in nursing management during the period of epidemic prevention and control can effectively ensure the implementation of knowledge training of prevention and control,the quality of nursing work,and nursing safety,and make a positive contribution to the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.
