摘要
以质量分数为90%的乙醇水溶液为溶剂,采用冷却结晶的方法,考察了甘油选择性催化氧化反应中未转化的甘油以及甘油醛和甘油酸副产物对1,3-二羟基丙酮(DHA)结晶过程的影响。结果表明,甘油会导致DHA结晶产品纯度的降低,而甘油醛和甘油酸对结晶产品纯度的影响较小;在相同的结晶时间内,DHA结晶产品的收率随着甘油和甘油酸含量的增加而上升,而随着甘油醛含量的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势;杂质的添加会导致DHA结晶产品形貌不规则,结晶产品的粒度均呈现双峰分布。
Cooling crystallization of 1,3-dihydroxyacetone(DHA)in 90%ethanol aqueous solution were investigated,and the effects of glycerol(GLY),glyceraldehyde(GLYD)and glyceric acid(GLYA)as impurities on the final solid product purity,yield,habit and particle size were comparatively studied.The results show that glycerol has a strong influence on the purity of DHA product,while GLYD and GLYA have almost no impact.The yield of DHA product increases with the increase of GLY and GLYA contents,but decreases first and then increases with the increase of GLYD content.Moreover,the addition of impurities leads to irregular morphology of DHA crystal,and the particle size distribution of crystalline products is bimodal.
