摘要
目的:探讨基于医护一体化的临床护理路径在垂体瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2018年3月1日~2021年2月28日收治的149例垂体瘤切除术患者随机分为对照组74例和观察组75例。对照组采用基础护理干预,观察组采用医护一体化临床护理路径干预,比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、疼痛评分[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、生存质量[采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQO-BREF)]及住院情况。结果:干预后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后观察组WHOQO-BREF各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术前等待时间、术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),住院费用低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对行垂体瘤切除术的患者采用医护一体化临床护理路径干预,可提升患者生存质量,改善住院情况,缓解负性心理,降低疼痛,有利于快速康复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path based on the integration of medical care in patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection.Methods:A total of 149 patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection during March 1,2018 to February 28,2021 were randomly divided into the control group with 74 cases and the observation group with 75 cases.The control group was given basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given medical nursing integrated clinical nursing path,the mental state using SAS and SDS,pain scores using VAS,quality of life using WHOQO-BREF,and hospitalization of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:After intervention,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the WHOQO-BREF scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The preoperative waiting time,postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the comtrol group(P<0.01),and the hospitalization expenses were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection,the integrated clinical care path of medical care can improve the quality of life in patients,relieve their bad mentality,relieve their pains and facilitate their rapid recovery.
