EN30B棒材热处理工艺制度的研究

摘要 研究不同的热处理工艺对EN30B(30CrNi4Mo)钢交货硬度的影响,根据EN30B(30CrNi4Mo)合金结构钢的原始组织,制定了多种不同的退火热处理工艺试验方案。从退火组织、硬度等指标分析各种工艺的优缺点,并总结出该钢棒材的最佳热处理退火工艺。 The effect of different heat treatment processes on the delivery hardness of EN30B(30CrNi4Mo)steel was investigated.According to the original microstructure of EN30B(30CrNi4Mo)alloy structural steel,vari-ous annealing heat treatment process test schemes were developed.The advantages and disadvantages of various pro-cesses were analyzed from the indexes of annealing structure and hardness,and the best annealing process of the steel bar was summarized.
