摘要
随着汽车技术特别是网联化、智能化的快速推进,汽车电器系统日趋复杂,汽车的搭铁技术也日趋突显,如整车搭铁有问题,将严重影响整车的运行。本文分析了汽车多种搭铁方式的特点、不良搭铁的危害,理论联系实际,分别阐述了整车搭铁的原理、搭铁方式、搭铁分配、搭铁点的布置、搭铁点的形式等相关设计及工艺要素,出具了符合当代汽车发展的多种整车搭铁系统解决方案。
With the rapid advance of automobile technology,especially network connection and intelligence,the electric system of automobile is becoming more and more complex,and the grounding technology of automobile is also becoming increasingly prominent.If the whole vehicle grounding has a problem,it will seriously affect the operation of the whole vehicle.This paper analyzes the characteristics of a variety of grounding method,the harm of adverse grounding,theory with practice,respectively expounds the principle of grounding,grounding method for vehicle,the layout of grounding distribution,ground in the form of design and process related elements,and finally proposes a variety of vehicle grounding system solutions in line with contemporary automobile development.
