摘要
目的了解2020年济南市蚊类种群组成、密度及季节消长规律;了解济南市优势蚊种的抗药性情况,为病媒生物防控工作提供科学依据。方法蚊虫监测采用诱蚊灯法,监测3至11月份;优势蚊种抗药性检测,采用浸渍法、点滴法等。结果蚊类,平均密度为6.15只/(灯·夜),以淡色库蚊为主,猪圈的蚊类密度最高;优势蚊种抗药性检测,对常用菊酯类药剂均有不同程度抗药性。结论掌握了2020年济南市蚊类种群组成、密度及季节消长规律及优势蚊种抗药性情况,为济南市及济南口岸蚊类的防治工作提供理论依据。
Objective To understand the population composition,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Jinan in 2020;To understand the drug resistance of dominant mosquito species in Jinan,so as to provide scientific basis for vector biological control. Methods Mosquito trap lamp method is used for mosquito monitoring from March to November;The drug resistance of dominant mosquito species was detected by impregnation method,drip method,etc. Results Mosquitoes,with an average density of 6.15 mosquitoes/(light·night),mainly Culex pipiens pallens,and the mosquito density in pigsty is the highest;The dominant mosquito species were resistant to common pyrethroids in varying degrees. Conclusion The population composition,density,seasonal fluctuation law and drug resistance of dominant mosquitoes in Jinan in 2020 were mastered,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the control of mosquitoes in Jinan and Jinan port.
