黄河、渭河和洛河交汇区莲藕重金属含量的原子吸收法测定与污染分析 被引量:4

摘要 在黄河、渭河、洛河三条河流交汇区的合阳县洽川镇、大荔县赵渡镇、大荔县同州湖、临渭区渭河滩湿地采集新鲜莲藕(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn),利用原子吸收光谱法(Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy,AAS)测定铅、镉、铬、铜、锰和锌6种重金属元素的含量,利用综合污染指数法评价莲藕样品的重金属污染等级,采用危害系数HQ和危害指数HI评价了莲藕的食用安全性。结果发现:莲藕样品处于重金属重度污染等级,铅、铬污染为主要原因,食用健康风险大。建议当地政府开展重金属污染治理、合理规划莲藕种植区。 The contents of six heavy metal elements of lead,cadmium,chromium,copper,mangenese and zinc were determined in fresh lotus roots collected from the wetlands of the Yellow River(Zhaodu Town,Dali county;Hechuan Town,Heyang county),the Luohe River(Tongzhou Lake,Dali county),the Weihe River(Linwei Distric)in Shaanxi Province by atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS).The heavy metal pollution levels of the fresh lotus roots were estimated by P_(i) and the P_(综).The edibal safaty of the fresh lotus roots were estimated by HQ and HI.It was found that the contents of Pb,Cr were in excess of the nation food standard,which was the main cause of the heavy metal pollution with health risk.It is suggested that the planting zone be planned again and some control measurements of heavy metal pollution be taken.
