摘要
针对延长气田某致密砂岩区块钻井过程中易出现井漏、井塌等严重井下复杂事故的情况,通过优选合适的抑制剂和封堵剂,并结合其他处理剂,研制了一套适合延长气田致密砂岩区块的高效防塌钻井液体系,室内对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:该钻井液体系高温滚动老化后的流变性能稳定,滤失量较小;钻井液的抑制性能较强,对目标区块储层段岩屑的一次滚动回收率在95%以上,二次滚动回收率仍能达到90%以上;钻井液的封堵性能较强,能够有效阻止钻井液滤液进入地层深部;与聚磺钻井液体系相比,高效防塌钻井液体系的润滑性能更好,极压润滑系数和泥饼黏附系数明显更低;此外,该钻井液体系还具有良好的抗污染性能,体系中分别加入15%岩屑、15%NaCl和1%Ca Cl_(2)后,其流变性和滤失量的变化幅度较小。
In view of serious downhole complex accidents such as lost circulation and well collapse during drilling in a tight sandstone block of Yanchang gas field,a set of high-efficiency anti-collapse drilling fluid system suitable for tight sandstone block of Yanchang gas field was developed by optimizing suitable inhibitor and plugging agent and combining with other treatment agents,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated in laboratory.The results showed that the rheological property of the drilling fluid system was stable after high temperature rolling aging,and the filtration was small;The first rolling recovery rate of drilling fluid was more than 95%,and the second rolling recovery rate was still more than 90%;The plugging performance of drilling fluid was strong,which effectively prevented drilling fluid filtrate from entering deep formation;Compared with polysulfonate drilling fluid system,the high efficiency anti-collapse drilling fluid system had better lubrication performance,lower extreme pressure lubrication coefficient and mud cake adhesion coefficient;In addition,the drilling fluid system also had good anti-pollution performance.When 15%cuttings,15%NaCl and 1%CaCl_(2) were added into the drilling fluid system,the change range of its fluidity and filtration was small.
